Knowledge Realty Trust plans to invest around ₹700 crore over the next three years to develop nearly 1.4 million square feet of office space in Bengaluru as part of its expansion strategy, according to a senior company official.
The real estate investment trust, sponsored by Sattva Group and Blackstone, is also evaluating acquisitions of premium office assets to support organic growth and expand its commercial real estate portfolio.
In an interaction with PTI, KRT Chief Executive Officer Shirish Godbole said the company remains focused on scaling its presence through a combination of new developments and strategic asset acquisitions.
The planned expansion in Bengaluru is aimed at strengthening KRT’s footprint in India’s commercial property market amid continued demand for high-quality office spaces.
