Adyaraj Developers Secures ₹147 Cr Central University Project in Gaya!

Adyaraj Developers has been declared the lowest (L1) bidder by the Central Public Works Department (CPWD) for a major educational infrastructure project at the Central University of South Bihar, Gaya. The financial bid, valued at ₹147.42 crore, was opened on 8 July 2025.

The project, to be executed on an engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) basis, involves the construction of four academic buildings:

School of Law and Governance: G+2 structure with provision for one additional floor

School of Business Studies and Management: G+1 with provision for two additional floors

Health Sciences Building: G+1 with provision for two additional floors

School of Physical and Chemical Sciences: G+2 with provision for one additional floor

The scope also includes comprehensive internal and external infrastructure works such as lifts, water supply, sanitary installations, drainage, stormwater systems, roadworks, parking, internal electrical installations, street lighting, firefighting and fire alarm systems, UPS, substation, LAN (active and passive components), and rooftop solar photovoltaic panels.
