Transforming Lower Parel: MCGM's Ambitious ₹495 Cr EPC Tender

The Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai (MCGM) has invited bids for the redevelopment of several municipal facilities at the Asphalt Plant Compound in Lower Parel, under an EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) turnkey model.

Valued at ₹495.14 crore, the project includes the redevelopment of the Vigilance Office, the Chief Engineer (Road & Transport) Office, and the Material Testing Laboratory. The work will be carried out on land parcel CS No. 1629. The EPC approach ensures a single-point responsibility to enhance execution efficiency.

Bid submission deadline: 14 May 2025.
