The Faridabad Metropolitan Development Authority (FMDA) has floated a tender for the installation of six micro sewage treatment plants (STPs), each with a capacity of 500 kiloliters, to serve green belts and parks across multiple sectors, including Sectors 9, 10, 14, 15, 15A, 16, 17, 18, 19, 29, 30, 31, 32, 34, 35, and 37.
The project, valued at ₹211.8 crore, will be executed under the EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) mode. In addition to installation, the contract includes development of all supporting infrastructure and a comprehensive scope of work.
Post-commissioning, the selected contractor will be responsible for a 10-year operation and maintenance period, following a one-year defect liability phase. A three-month trial run will precede a Defect Identification and Performance (DI.P) assessment.
Interested bidders must submit their proposals by 12 November 2025.
