Mahindra Lifespaces Wins Bid for ₹1250 Cr Mulund Redevelopment Gem

Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd. (MLDL), the real estate and infrastructure development arm of the Mahindra Group, has been chosen as the preferred developer for the redevelopment of St. Pius Ten CHS, a premium housing society in Mulund (West), Mumbai.

The project will be developed on a 3.08-acre land parcel and carries an estimated development value of approximately ₹1,250 crore.

Strategically located, the site offers excellent connectivity—just 1.4 km from the upcoming Mumbai Metro Line 5 and 0.8 km from the Goregaon-Mulund Link Road. It also provides direct access to key arterial routes such as the Eastern Express Highway and the Mulund-Airoli Bridge, ensuring smooth connectivity to Navi Mumbai and other major commercial hubs across the city.
