With an initial allocation of ₹125 crore earmarked for a 20-acre plotted development in Faridabad, the partnership aims to leverage the NCR's expanding infrastructure—including major transit hubs like the Delhi-Mumbai Expressway and Noida International Airport—to meet surging demand for organized housing.
