₹340Cr Boost Revives Stalled Jogeshwari Housing Project

Mantra Group has restarted construction at the nine-acre Majaswadi Sarvodayanagar redevelopment site in Jogeshwari East after clearing all land encumbrances. Supported by an NCLT-approved resolution plan and a ₹340 crore investment from ASK Property Fund, the developer will complete pending sale towers and build homes for 400 remaining MHADA tenants. Located near the JVLR with excellent connectivity to Mumbai's business districts, the project marks a major revival for the stalled housing development and aligns with Mantra Properties' expansion across Mumbai, Pune, and international regions.
