Mayfair Housing to Launch Four New Projects in Mumbai Region

Mayfair Housing is planning four new projects across the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR), with phased launches targeted over the next two to three months, subject to approvals.

The projects in Santacruz East and Thane West will span approximately 12.67 lakh sq ft of construction area and include premium and luxury residences, mixed-use developments, retail and commercial spaces.

The upcoming launches will expand Mayfair Housing’s development pipeline and strengthen its presence across key MMR growth corridors.
