Gaurs Group's Rs 700 Crore Land Grab Near Noida Airport

Gaurs Group expanded its footprint along the Yamuna Expressway near the Noida International Airport by securing three land parcels totaling 35 acres for approximately Rs 700 crore via a private bank auction.

The Delhi-NCR developer intends to utilize the newly acquired land to roll out a new residential development. Beyond housing, the expansion strategy incorporates growing the company’s rental asset portfolio and introducing a large-scale commercial project in Noida. This acquisition builds upon the group's ongoing activities for the financial year, which already include a residential launch along the Yamuna Expressway projected to yield an estimated revenue of Rs 1,900 crore. Overall, the company is on track to launch at least four residential projects within the current financial year.
