A ₹500 Crore Masterpiece: Inside Dalcore’s Ultra-Luxury ‘The Falcon’.

Real estate developer Dalcore has unveiled The Falcon, an ultra-luxury branded residential project located on Golf Course Road in Gurugram, developed in collaboration with the internationally acclaimed design and lifestyle brand YOO Inspired by Starck.

With an estimated investment of ₹500 crore, the project is projected to generate a topline of approximately ₹1,450 crore. Spread across a two-acre land parcel in Sector 53, the development will offer nearly 5 lakh sq. ft. of built-up area. It will feature a total of 96 exclusive residences, including 93 apartments and 3 penthouses.

The project offers a mix of 3 and 4-bedroom configurations, comprising 61 three-bedroom and 31 four-bedroom residences. Apartment sizes will range from approximately 3,400 sq. ft. to 4,211 sq. ft., with prices starting at around ₹10 crore.

Envisioned as a striking 39-storey tower, The Falcon is set to be among the tallest residential developments on Golf Course Road. It will offer premium amenities such as high-speed elevators and panoramic views of the city skyline. The project is tailored for high-net-worth individuals, including C-suite executives, investors, and business leaders.

Commenting on the development, Dalcore Managing Director Sidharth Chowdhry stated that the collaboration combines YOO’s global design philosophy with UHA’s architectural expertise to create a landmark residential offering that transcends conventional luxury, delivering a thoughtfully curated living experience rooted in design, innovation, and enduring value.
