Aurobindo’s New French Connection: Arrow Pharma Production

Aurobindo Pharma has announced the incorporation of a new wholly-owned subsidiary in France, named Arrow Pharma Production SAS, through its wholly-owned step-down subsidiary Agile Pharma BV.

According to a regulatory filing with the BSE, Agile Pharma BV will act as the holding company for the newly formed French entity. As Agile Pharma BV is a wholly-owned step-down subsidiary of Aurobindo Pharma, Arrow Pharma Production SAS will also become an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the Hyderabad-based pharmaceutical company.

The newly incorporated company has been established to strengthen and expand the manufacturing of generic formulations in France.
