SGPS Expansion: New Manufacturing Plant Live in Pune

Sterling Green Power Solutions (SGPS), a Sterling & Wilson Group company, has officially inaugurated a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Talegaon, near Pune. The expansion marks a significant step in scaling the company’s manufacturing capabilities to meet rising national demand for dependable power solutions across the commercial, industrial, and retail sectors.

The new plant features an annual production capacity of approximately 1,000 units dedicated to retail customers, manufacturing diesel generator (DG) sets ranging from 100 kVA to 750 kVA. Built to serve critical sectors—including healthcare, hospitality, education, government infrastructure, and equipment rental—the facility integrates advanced manufacturing processes to deliver high-reliability energy systems.

This inauguration forms a core component of SGPS’s strategic growth roadmap, which also includes upcoming production facilities at Chakan MIDC and the Hamriyah Free Zone in Sharjah. By scaling its operational capacity, SGPS continues to reinforce its commitment to sustainable energy development and strengthen its position in India’s evolving power infrastructure landscape.
