Prologis Plants a 1.1 Million Sq Ft Flag in North Chennai

Prologis has begun construction of Prologis Park Redhills CPRR, a Grade A industrial and logistics park in North Chennai, with a total development potential of 1.1 million sq ft. The project is being developed on a 51-acre site along the Chennai Peripheral Ring Road (CPRR) corridor.

The Redhills development marks Prologis’ third location in Tamil Nadu, expanding its footprint alongside existing facilities in Hosur and Sriperumbudur. According to the company, its projects in the state collectively represent an investment of ₹3,300 crore and span around 6.5 million sq ft across key industrial and manufacturing hubs.

The first phase of Prologis Park Redhills CPRR will comprise two buildings with a combined area of about 412,000 sq ft. Construction is currently underway, with completion targeted for the third quarter of 2027, the company said.
