GGL's Gas Grid Growth: Bids Open for Surat & Valsad Pipeline Project

Gujarat Gas Limited (GGL) has floated a tender for the commissioning of PE pipelines and installation of above-ground PNG connections across various clusters in the Surat and Valsad Geographical Areas (GAs).

The scope of work includes the supply of materials, excavation, pipeline laying, jointing, inspection, testing, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and performance testing. It covers domestic, commercial, non-commercial, NDEC, and industrial customers, along with all associated works in GGL’s operational areas.

The contract also includes registration of PNG connections, obtaining Right of Use (ROU) permissions, and execution of welded approach and riser work, including basement installations. The project is to be completed within 12 months.

The deadline for bid submission is 18 July 2025.
