Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu announced two major agreements with Taiwanese companies Allegiance Group and Creative Sensor Inc, marking a significant milestone in the state’s industrial growth.
The deals, collectively valued at ₹18,400 crore, are expected to boost the state’s economy and create thousands of jobs. One key agreement involves the eJoule India JV—a collaboration between eJoule Inc (USA) and Creative Sensor (Taiwan)—which will invest ₹18,000 crore to set up India’s first 23 GWh precursor-free single-crystal cathode and electrolyte manufacturing facility in Orvakal, Kurnool, generating around 2,000 direct jobs.
In addition, Allegiance Group will develop a 470-acre industrial park in Kuppam, further strengthening Andhra Pradesh’s industrial infrastructure and investment landscape.
