MSME Park Rises on APIIC Land: 300 Acres Ready for Industry

District authorities have prepared 300 acres of APIIC land at Rammannapalem, Makavarapalem Mandal, for the development of a new MSME Park, under the state government’s initiative to establish MSME parks in every Assembly constituency.

Construction is scheduled to begin next month. The land was originally part of 2,450 acres acquired in 2007 for an aluminium company, of which 2,000 acres were utilised, while the remaining area, still owned by APIIC, was previously used by local farmers for cultivation.

Aligned with the NDA government’s push for MSME development, officials have cleared the site to enable the creation of modern industrial infrastructure, supporting growth and entrepreneurship in the region.
