Pune-based KSH Infra, a prominent developer of sustainable Grade-A industrial and logistics infrastructure, has announced a ₹550 crore investment to establish a new industrial park in Tamil Nadu.
Planned over 60 acres of freehold land in the Sriperumbudur–Oragadam corridor, the project will offer a development potential of 1.6 million sq. ft. Construction is slated to begin between March and April 2026. Once operational, the park is expected to create over 1,500 employment opportunities in the region.
This development follows KSH Infra’s ₹450 crore investment in August 2024 to build a 1.25 million sq. ft. Grade-A industrial and logistics park in Hosur over 50 acres.
The Sriperumbudur–Oragadam corridor is home to leading global and domestic manufacturers such as Hyundai, Danfoss, Apollo Tyres, Foxconn, Dell, Samsung, and Nokia. The area's strategic importance is further elevated by major upcoming infrastructure projects including the Chennai–Bangalore Expressway, Peripheral Ring Road, Parandur greenfield airport, and the Aerospace Park in Sriperumbudur—positioning it as a key node in the Chennai–Bangalore Industrial Corridor.
