discoverIE Group has significantly strengthened its long-term commitment to India by opening a new, expanded manufacturing plant in Jigani, Bengaluru. Operating under the Group's Noratel division—which specializes in industrial power transformers and magnetic components—the new site spans approximately 9,000 square meters.
This state-of-the-art facility more than doubles the size of the previous operation and triples production capacity. While 70% of current output serves the domestic Indian market (with a strong focus on renewable energy like wind systems), the new space positions discoverIE to capture new project wins and expand its international export footprint, while further cementing vital UK-India industrial ties.
