Steamhouse India Eyes ₹38.17 Crore Capex for Dahej Expansion

Steamhouse India has allocated approximately ₹38.17 crore from its initial public offering proceeds to fund capital expenditure for a new steam-generation manufacturing facility at Dahej GIDC, according to its prospectus dated 3 September 2026.

The deployment of these proposed funds is structured to support the company’s infrastructure growth and expanded utility distribution pipeline network. Steamhouse India specializes in the generation and centralized pipeline supply of industrial gases—primarily steam and nitrogen—providing regional industrial clients with a shared, community-boiler alternative to individual on-site systems.

This proposed capital expenditure forms part of the fresh issue proceeds outlined in the company's public offering, which assumes the successful receipt of net offer funds.
