Two Jewels of Rishikesh: Oberoi & Ladhani Unveil Grand Resorts

The Oberoi Group, in partnership with The Ladhani Group, has announced plans for two luxury resorts in Rishikesh, Uttarakhand.

The development includes an 80-key Oberoi 'Vilas' resort and a 120-key five-star Trident hotel, both to be managed by EIH, The Oberoi Group’s flagship company. Owned and developed by The Ladhani Group’s entities—Devprayag Ganges Resorts and Jamuna Hotel Enterprises—these resorts align with EIH’s growth strategy, which includes 16 hotels, two luxury boats, and a Nile cruiser set for completion by 2029.

SN Ladhani, Chairman of The Ladhani Group, emphasized Rishikesh’s cultural and natural appeal, reaffirming the company’s commitment to world-class hospitality. The resorts aim to set new standards in luxury, with construction slated to begin in early 2026.

Arjun Oberoi, Executive Chairman of The Oberoi Group, described the expansion as a step towards offering unparalleled experiences. "Through our partnership with The Ladhani Group, we will create a unique retreat in Rishikesh, blending its serene surroundings with Bill Bensley’s visionary design, delivering an oasis of luxury, tranquillity, and Oberoi’s renowned hospitality," he stated.
