The Park Hotels Plants Flag in India's Hottest Tourist Spots

Apeejay Surrendra Park Hotels has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Katsons Hotel & Developer and Ved Parkash Kataria to lease and manage four hospitality properties in Goa, Manali, Shimla, and Dharamshala.

Under the 12-year lease agreement, the four properties will collectively offer 138 rooms—42 in Goa, 24 each in Manali and Shimla, and 48 in Dharamshala. These hotels will be operated under the group’s existing hospitality brands, including The Park Hotels, The Park Collection, and Zone by The Park.

As per the MoU, the Goa and Dharamshala properties are expected to become operational within 60 days of finalizing lease agreements, while the Manali and Shimla hotels are slated to open within 90 days.

This expansion is part of Apeejay Surrendra Park Hotels’ strategic move to strengthen its presence in high-potential leisure and tourist destinations across India.
