The Fern Group Brings a New Touch of 'Eco Bliss' to Kerala

The Fern Hotels & Resorts has announced the signing of The Fern Eco Bliss Resort Moolakada, Series by Marriott, marking a significant addition to its expanding hospitality portfolio in South India.

Scheduled to open in June 2027, the upcoming property will be part of The Fern Residency, Series by Marriott brand portfolio. Located in the picturesque region of Moolakada, Kerala, the resort reinforces the group’s strategic expansion plans in high-potential leisure and business destinations across South India. With this addition, the company will expand its presence in the region to 15 operational and upcoming properties, while increasing its overall portfolio to 190 properties across India.

The resort will feature 116 well-appointed rooms and suites designed to offer a comfortable and contemporary stay experience for both business and leisure travellers. It will include an all-day dining restaurant offering diverse culinary options, along with modern conferencing facilities such as a meeting room and a spacious banquet hall to accommodate corporate events, weddings and social gatherings.

According to Suhail Kannampilly, Managing Director of The Fern Hotels & Resorts, the signing aligns with the company’s strategy to strengthen its presence in emerging destinations while delivering sustainable and high-quality hospitality experiences tailored to evolving traveller preferences.
