Manglam's ₹1,000 Crore Hospitality Push in Rajasthan

Manglam Group, a leading real estate developer, is set to invest Rs 1,000 crore over the next five years to expand its hospitality division in Rajasthan, driven by the increasing demand for high-end hotels. The Jaipur-based company has already developed the "Westin Jaipur Resort," a 150-room luxury property on the Delhi-Jaipur Highway, which is poised to open soon.

As part of its ambitious growth plan, Manglam Group is working on its second hospitality project in Jaipur, which will feature approximately 200 rooms. This new hotel, located in Jagatpura, will be part of a mixed-use development and managed by a globally recognized brand. In addition to this, the company has several other projects in the pipeline, including a 200-room hotel on Ajmer Road with an investment of Rs 200 crore, a 250-key hotel on Delhi-Jaipur Road with a Rs 300 crore investment, and a 200-room hotel near the Khatu Shyam Temple, set to be developed with an investment of Rs 150 crore.

Amrita Gupta, Director at Manglam Group, emphasized, "With the surging demand for world-class luxury experiences, Manglam Group is dedicated to providing exceptional hospitality assets that meet the needs of this rapidly growing market." Established in 2008, the company has successfully completed over 70 real estate projects and is currently engaged in several ongoing ventures.
