Lemon Tree Hotels Signs New Property in Karnal, Haryana

Lemon Tree Hotels has signed a franchise agreement for a new hotel property, Keys Prima by Lemon Tree Hotels, further expanding its presence in Haryana.

With this addition, Lemon Tree Hotels’s portfolio in the state will grow to 13 properties, including 11 operational hotels and two upcoming projects, strengthening the company’s footprint across North India.

Karnal is emerging as a major urban and industrial hub due to increasing commercial activity, ongoing infrastructure development, and its strategic location along a key highway corridor. The city’s evolving economic landscape and growing transit traffic have created sustained demand for branded hospitality solutions catering to business, social, and transit travellers.

The upcoming Keys Prima by Lemon Tree Hotels will feature 50 guest rooms along with a range of business and leisure amenities. Planned facilities include a multi-cuisine restaurant, banquet and conference spaces, a swimming pool, a fitness centre, and modern public areas designed to provide a comprehensive hospitality experience.
