Jabalpur Welcomes a New Jewel: Royal Orchid's Regenta Resort

Royal Orchid Hotels Ltd. (ROHL) has signed a management agreement for a new 54-key Regenta Resort in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh, developed in partnership with Triumph Devcon & Trading. The move marks a strategic expansion of ROHL’s presence in Central India, aligning with its asset-light growth model focused on high-potential markets.

Designed to cater to both business and leisure travellers, the resort will feature:

A multi-cuisine restaurant, Bar, gym, spa, and swimming pool, Three banquet halls (7,000 sq. ft., 3,500 sq. ft., and 3,500 sq. ft.), Two expansive lawns covering 40,000 sq. ft., suitable for destination weddings, corporate offsites, and social events

The property boasts a strategic location, just 5 km from Jabalpur railway station, 18 km from the airport, and offers direct access to the national highway, ensuring strong connectivity.

Speaking on the development, Arjun Baljee, President of ROHL, highlighted Jabalpur’s blend of cultural richness and rising economic importance, adding that the resort is poised to become a prominent hospitality landmark supporting the city’s evolving tourism and business landscape.
