Hilton has entered into a strategic licensing agreement with Royal Orchid Hotels to develop 125 properties under the Hampton by Hilton brand in India by 2035.
This marks Hilton’s third such partnership in recent months and is part of its strategy to expand its footprint in the upper midscale segment, particularly across South and West India. The properties will be developed under a franchise model, with operations managed by the Royal Orchid Group.
The upcoming hotels are expected to be located across key states including Goa, Maharashtra, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, and Telangana.
Globally, the Hampton by Hilton brand has a presence of more than 3,100 properties, highlighting its strong position in the midscale hospitality segment.
