Dholera’s New Horizon: GAP Group Launches Hyatt Place

GAP Group has initiated construction on the Hyatt Place Dholera, a 200-room hotel spanning ~2.6 lakh sq. ft. in Gujarat’s Dholera Special Investment Region (SIR). Aimed at meeting the rising demand from industrial and business growth, the project's groundbreaking ceremony featured former Gujarat Cabinet Minister Bhupendra Singh Chudasama, Dhandhuka MLA Kalubhai Dabhi, and Hyatt Group GM Sonale Zagade, who presented the final design.

Hon’ble Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel, alongside state officials and Dholera Industrial City Development leadership, inspected the site within GAP Group’s Akhilam Township—which also houses Avant co-working space and a food court. Key infrastructure milestones like the Ahmedabad-Dholera Expressway and the upcoming international airport position the hotel to become a major commercial and hospitality destination.
