The Government of Rajasthan has approved a landmark infrastructure project worth approximately ₹3,700 crore, appointing NBCC (India) Ltd as the nodal agency for its design, construction, and marketing.
Planned across 95 acres of RIICO land along the B2 Bypass on Tonk Road in Jaipur, the project is envisioned as a key driver of economic growth and urban transformation in the state. At its core will be the Rajasthan Mandapam Convention Centre, spanning approximately 25 acres with a built-up area of over 2 lakh sq. mtr. Designed to host 7,000–7,500 delegates, it will be among the largest convention centres in the region.
The integrated development will also feature a Global Capability Centre (GCC) Tower, an IT Tower, luxury hotels, commercial spaces, and residential zones—positioning Jaipur as a rising hub for global business, technology, and tourism.
This ambitious initiative reflects the state government’s commitment to building modern, investment-friendly infrastructure that supports long-term urban growth and economic diversification.
