Sangam Dairy Targets Rs 2,500 Crore Turnover with Major Expansion

Sangam Milk Producers Company has set a strategic target of achieving a Rs 2,500 crore turnover by scaling its dairy operations, expanding processing capacity, and entering new markets. Speaking at the Annual General Meeting, Chairman and MLA Dhulipalla Narendra Kumar announced that the dairy currently procures 8.70 lakh litres of milk daily, with infrastructure expansion underway—including new chilling units, expanded collection centers, and a doubling of the Miryalaguda plant's capacity to 3 lakh litres per day. Additionally, Sangam is establishing a new facility in Naidupeta and preparing to launch in the Rayalaseema region with an innovative product lineup featuring protein milkshakes and millet-based foods.
