The Telangana Irrigation & CAD Department is scaling up agricultural infrastructure in Suryapet district with a new Rs 180.25 crore tender under the SRSP-II project. Focused on modernizing the DBM-71 distributary network—including the Mothey LIS and 22L Minor lining—the initiative aims to eliminate conveyance losses and bring dependable irrigation to local farming communities. Contractors have until 05 September, 2026, to submit their bids.
