KEC Builds Big: Scores ₹1,236 Cr High-Rise Residential Projects

KEC International Ltd., the flagship infrastructure EPC arm of the RPG Group, has secured new civil construction orders worth ₹1,236 crore for the development of high-rise residential projects in Western India. Awarded by two leading real estate developers, the contracts involve the construction of over 5 million sq. ft. of premium apartment buildings, along with comprehensive amenities and supporting infrastructure.

This marks a significant milestone in KEC’s strategic push into the premium high-rise residential segment, with towers reaching up to G+70 storeys. The new orders not only strengthen the company’s civil order book but also diversify its client portfolio within the real estate sector. With these wins, KEC is now constructing over 70 high-rise buildings across India.

The company’s year-to-date order intake has surpassed ₹5,500 crore, reflecting a robust 35% year-on-year growth. KEC International continues to expand its presence across power transmission & distribution, civil infrastructure, and transportation, with operations in over 110 countries.
