Ahluwalia Contracts Secures Over ₹1,100 Cr in New Residential Deals

Ahluwalia Contracts (India) Ltd has secured two major construction contracts worth a combined ₹1,103.56 crore for residential developments in Gurugram and Bengaluru.

The first project, awarded by Whiteland Corporation, involves the construction of Urban Resort—a premium residential complex comprising seven towers located in Sector 103, Gurugram, Haryana. Valued at ₹821 crore, the project is scheduled for completion within 36 months.

The second contract, worth ₹282.56 crore, has been awarded by a joint venture between Nestled Haven Estates and MAIA Estates for a group housing project titled The Beacon in Bengaluru. The scope of work includes civil construction and architectural finishing, with a targeted execution timeline of 32 months.

These new contracts further strengthen Ahluwalia Contracts’ presence in the high-growth residential segment across key metro cities.
