Hind Rectifiers Powers Up Indian Railways with ₹127 Crore Deal

Hind Rectifiers, a leading player in the power electronics and traction equipment sector, has secured a supply order worth approximately ₹127 crore from Indian Railways. Scheduled for execution in the financial year 2026–27, the order reinforces the company’s long-standing partnership with the national transporter and its position as a key supplier of critical systems and components.

Specialising in the design and manufacture of power electronics products—such as transformers, rectifiers, inverters, and converters—Hind Rectifiers plays a pivotal role in railway electrification and industrial infrastructure. This latest order highlights the company’s strong technical expertise, quality assurance, and alignment with Indian Railways’ broader modernisation and indigenisation goals.

The contract is expected to significantly strengthen the company’s order book for FY 2026–27 and support its revenue growth trajectory. It also reflects Indian Railways’ continued emphasis on adopting high-quality, domestically produced technology to enhance operational efficiency and infrastructure reliability.
