Global Wings: Mahindra Lands Landmark $300M Aernnova Deal

Mahindra Aerostructures has signed a major multi-year agreement with Aernnova Aerospace, valued at approximately $300 million, significantly expanding their decade-long partnership.

Under the contract, Mahindra will manufacture critical metal sub-assemblies and components for Airbus and Embraer aircraft, including the Embraer C390 Millennium military transport aircraft—reflecting the company's growing presence in the defense aerospace sector.

The components will be supplied to Aernnova facilities across Spain, the UK, Portugal, and Brazil, reinforcing Mahindra’s role in a global supply chain.

This agreement builds on a collaboration that began in 2013 and deepened following Aernnova's 2020 acquisition of Hamble Aerostructures, a long-time Mahindra customer. The new contract highlights Mahindra Aerostructures’ expanding strategic importance in the global aerospace industry.
