Diamond Power Infrastructure has strengthened its position in the electrical sector by securing major orders for the supply of high-tension (HT) power cables. The company received a Letter of Intent (LoI) from Rajesh Power Services for a project under Dakshin Gujarat Vij Company, valued at ₹150.98 crore. In addition, it has secured another LoI worth ₹79.27 crore from Adani Electricity Mumbai Limited (AEML), bringing the total order value to over ₹230 crore.
These orders involve the supply of XLPE aluminum armored HT cables in various sizes. The cables for AEML will be delivered on a Delivered at Place (DAP) basis to AEML’s Mumbai/DTPS stores, supporting its Mumbai Distribution Business. The purchase order for the Adani project is structured on a per-kilometre rate with a price variation (PV) formula.
Covering both standard and assorted cable sizes, these projects are designed to support the growing infrastructure needs of western India's power distribution network. This dual win marks a significant milestone for Diamond Power Infrastructure, underlining its role in key regional electricity projects.
