Azad Engineering has secured a USD 53.5 million contract with GE Vernova’s Steam Power Services to supply advanced airfoils for use in nuclear and thermal power systems.
Under a six-year agreement extending through 2030, Azad Engineering will manufacture and deliver complex rotating and stationary airfoils used in advanced nuclear, industrial, and thermal power generation. This milestone underscores the Hyderabad-based company's growing role in the global power generation supply chain.
The contract strengthens Azad's long-standing strategic partnership with GE Vernova and highlights the company's capabilities in producing high-precision, mission-critical components. It also follows the launch of Azad’s new 7,600-square-meter lean manufacturing facility, designed to support high-volume production and meet global quality standards.
This development marks a significant step in Azad Engineering’s evolution as a key player in advanced industrial manufacturing for critical infrastructure sectors.
