Expanding Horizons: RVNL’s New Strategic Move in Goa

Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL), a Navratna Central Public Sector Enterprise under the Ministry of Railways, has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Government of Goa to accelerate infrastructure development across the state. Under this agreement, RVNL will serve as the primary project execution agency, leveraging its extensive expertise in rail and multi-modal infrastructure to plan and implement mutually agreed-upon projects. While financial details remain undisclosed, this strategic partnership underscores RVNL’s ongoing strategy to diversify its portfolio beyond rail into roads, ports, and urban infrastructure, building on its recent momentum of securing major national contracts.
