STEAG Energy Secures ₹406 Cr Vedanta Power Deal

STEAG Energy Services (India) Private Limited, a wholly-owned step-down subsidiary of Bluspring Enterprises Limited, has secured a five-year extension for its comprehensive Operations and Maintenance (O&M) contract with Vedanta Power Limited.

The agreement, which officially takes effect on July 1, 2026, covers end-to-end O&M services for a 600 MW thermal power plant. Originally awarded by Vedanta Limited, the extended contract has an estimated aggregate value of ₹406.43 crore (excluding applicable taxes) and includes additional scope and services. This multi-year extension highlights STEAG Energy India’s proven expertise in managing large-scale, high-capacity power generation facilities and provides strong revenue visibility for the group.
