Its wholly owned subsidiary, ACME Marigold Urja, has officially executed a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with NTPC.
Under NTPC’s FDRE Tranche 01, this long-term PPA secures the delivery of renewable electricity from a 400 MW Firm and Dispatchable Renewable Energy (FDRE) power project. By integrating generation and dispatchability, the project ensures a reliable, continuous supply of clean power—driving forward India's sustainable energy future.
