RITES to Spearhead BBAU’s ₹175 Cr Campus Expansion

RITES Limited has been awarded a comprehensive Project Management Consultancy (PMC) contract by Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar University (BBAU) to develop infrastructure facilities at its Lucknow campus in Uttar Pradesh.

Under the terms of this cost-plus-PMC-fee agreement, RITES will deliver end-to-end project management services. The mandate encompasses planning, engineering, design coordination, procurement support, construction supervision, and overall execution management. Valued at approximately ₹175.41 crore (excluding GST, inclusive of RITES' consultancy fees), the project has an estimated timeline of 30 months from the date of signing or until completion.

This collaboration will enable BBAU to build modern, future-ready campus infrastructure that aligns with its long-term academic growth and operational requirements.
