Linde India Lays Groundwork for Chip-Packaging Gas Facility

Linde India has secured approximately eight acres of land in Sanand, Gujarat, to build a state-of-the-art chip-packaging gas facility. This strategic move directly embeds the industrial gas leader into India's rapidly growing semiconductor ecosystem. Located near major ventures like Micron and Kaynes Technology, the new site will work in tandem with Linde's upcoming air separation unit in Dholera to create a robust regional supply chain for high-purity industrial gases. To capitalize on this expansion, Linde has already initiated talks with prospective regional clients to forge long-term supply agreements.
