NBCC Bags ₹161.55 Cr World Trade Centre Interior Deal

NBCC (India) Ltd. has received a work order worth ₹161.55 crore from Power Finance Corporation (PFC) for interior works at Tower-H of the World Trade Centre, Nauroji Nagar, New Delhi.

In a separate development, NBCC recently completed the e-auction of its flagship residential project, Aspire Silicon City - Phase 4, in Noida. The development and selling rights for the project have been awarded to AU Real Estate for ₹1,467.93 crore. Spread across 8.5 acres, the project includes seven residential towers. As part of the transaction, five towers comprising 446 apartments have already been handed over to AU Real Estate.
