The Planning Department, Government of Uttar Pradesh, has invited bids for the construction of Integrated Court Complexes in Hathras. The project includes the development of 23 courts in Shamli, 37 courts in Auraiya, and 44 courts, to be undertaken on an Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) basis.
The scope of work encompasses the construction of court buildings, advocate chambers and associated facilities, residences for district judges, and comprehensive external development works. It also includes complete architectural and structural design, design of all essential services, securing all statutory approvals from relevant local authorities, and execution and commissioning of the project. The assets are to be delivered in a fully functional and habitable condition.
The estimated cost of the project is ₹692 crore, with a completion timeline of 18 months, followed by a Defect Liability Period (DLP) of three years.
