NBCC Secures Massive ₹333.49 Cr Turnkey Order Boom

NBCC (India) has been awarded two major turnkey contracts, further strengthening its government infrastructure portfolio.

The first project involves the construction of the new Andhra Pradesh Bhavan in New Delhi for an estimated ₹105.5 crore. Spanning approximately 249,000 sq. ft., this modern facility will serve as the state’s administrative and hospitality hub in the capital. NBCC’s comprehensive scope of work covers everything from architectural design and contract management to full-scale construction, followed by five years of post-completion maintenance.

Additionally, NBCC has secured a ₹227.99 crore project from Oil India Limited to construct a modern executive housing complex in Duliajan, Assam. Managing this project from initial design to final delivery, NBCC continues to reinforce its reputation for delivering end-to-end, high-quality public infrastructure.
