Pasupati Acrylon’s ₹25Cr Bet on Bigger Ethanol Output

Pasupati Acrylon Limited has announced that its Board of Directors, at a meeting held on May 25, 2026, approved a proposal to increase the production capacity of its ethanol plant from 180 kilolitres per day (KLPD) to 240 KLPD.

The proposed expansion will be carried out through the debottlenecking of the company’s existing manufacturing facility located at Thakurdwara in the Moradabad district of Uttar Pradesh. The company has estimated the investment required for the capacity enhancement at around ₹25 crore.

The move is aimed at strengthening Pasupati Acrylon’s ethanol production capabilities by optimising and upgrading its existing infrastructure, in line with its broader growth and operational efficiency strategy.
