Bid Now: GAIL's Major P&ID Project for Gujarat Pipelines

GAIL (India) Limited has invited bids for the hiring of contract services for the preparation and modification of existing Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs) for pipeline terminals under its Regional Pipeline Network Headquarters (RPNHQ) in Vadodara, Gujarat.

The contract will be executed over a 36-month period, during which the selected contractor will be responsible for delivering accurate and up-to-date P&ID documentation. The objective is to enhance pipeline safety, operational reliability, and documentation integrity at terminal facilities across Gujarat.

Bids are invited on a single-point “Sole Bidder” responsibility basis, unless a consortium bid is specifically permitted under Clause 3.0 of the Instructions to Bidders (ITB).

The last date for bid submission is 07 July 2025.
