Desco Infratech Fuels Up: BPCL & ₹9.53 Cr in New Gas Projects!

Desco Infratech has received a Letter of Award (LoA) from Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL), following its previously announced L1 bid on July 8, 2025.

In addition to the BPCL contract, the company has also secured orders from Torrent Gas Chennai and Maharashtra Natural Gas, bringing the total value of new contracts to ₹9.53 crore. The scope of work includes:

Laying of a PE network and associated works for the City Gas Distribution (CGD) project in Ahmednagar

MDPE pipeline laying and PNG connections for the CGD project in Chennai

Patrolling and surveillance services for the gas pipeline network in Pune

These wins underscore Desco Infratech’s technical expertise and growing role in supporting India’s clean energy goals. The projects contribute to the country's expanding CGD infrastructure, aimed at providing safer, more reliable piped natural gas to urban households and industries.
