Insolation Energy’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Insolation Green Energy, has secured a solar module supply order worth ₹143.20 crore from Zetwerk Manufacturing Businesses, marking a significant milestone in the company’s renewable energy growth strategy. The contract is scheduled for execution in the financial year 2025–26.
In parallel, Insolation Green Energy has incorporated four new wholly-owned subsidiaries—GRJP Green Infra, HVJN Green Infra, MPGE Green Infra, and SRJG Green Infra—on 11 September 2025. These entities are structured as special purpose vehicles (SPVs) for the development of solar power plants, reinforcing the group’s long-term commitment to clean energy infrastructure.
The combination of a high-value order and the strategic launch of SPVs positions Insolation Green Energy to broaden its product offerings and expand its project portfolio, supporting India's transition to a sustainable and renewable energy future.
